Function Rooms 5 -10
Bookings could be made either in person at the Dragon Room or by the telephone up to 30 days in advance.

For the applications made more than 30 days in advance of the parties, applications should be made to the Club by filling in the appropriate application forms.   

 Applications could be made up to 9 months in advance of the parties and should be approved by the Food & Beverage Sub-committee.

Priority will be given to in-person bookings.

An amount equivalent to 50% of the minimum spending of the room booked would be charged as deposit within 14 days from the date of the confirmation letter is sent to the Member.

CANCELLATION
Cancellation should be made 14 days before the date of the room booked, otherwise, a fee of HK$1,000 per Function Room would be charged.

Function Rooms 5-10
If a Member fails to show up for the reservation, or if the cancellation is made less than 14 days before the date of the Hall Booked, the deposit would be forfeited.

Function Room 8
Lunch: HK$3,500 / room*
Dinner: HK$8,500 / room (except weekends & PH)
Dinner: HK$9,000 / room (weekends & PH)

Function Room 9 & 10
Lunch: HK$3,000 / room*
Dinner: HK$5,500 / room (except weekends & PH)
Dinner: HK$6,000 / room (weekends & PH)

Function Rooms 5 -10
Lunch: HK$24,000
Dinner: HK$48,000

Use of PA systems, if approved by the General Committee, would be charged of HK$1,000 per function.

Rental for the booking of Function Room 5, 6, 7, 8, 9 & 10 before 12:00 would be charged of HK$200 per hour and a minimum of 2 hours should be booked per reservation.

Rental for the booking of Function Rooms 5 - 10 before 12:00 and after 15:00 (if no dinner provided ) is HK$1,000 per hour.
