Bookings could be made by filling in the appropriate application forms.

Priority will be given to in-person bookings.

Cancellation made 14 days before the date of the room booked, 50% of the rental would be charged. 

Except when tropical cyclone warning signal no. 8, 9 or 10 has been hoisted, for cancellation made less than 14 days before the date of the room booked, the normal room rental would be charged.

The game of mahjong is not allowed and Banquet service would not be provided at the Leighton Room. 

Room Charge
HK$300 per hour and the minimum booking is 2 hours.

The minimum spending is HK$500 for simple snacks or drink per function.

Use of LCD Projector would br charged of HK$150 per function.
