Fall Prevention Seminar

On March 30, a seminar on fall prevention for the elderly was successfully held in the Leighton Room by the Community Service Sub-committee. The seminar was presented by a registered physiotherapist (who is also our member) Jonathan Fung and hosted by Joyce. Mr. Fung provided detailed explanations on various methods and techniques to prevent falls among the elderly. After the seminar, participants enjoyed a delightful dim sum afternoon tea at Dragon Room. The event concluded with everyone enjoying a relaxing and pleasant afternoon.
