Community Services and ESG
At Craigengower Cricket Club, we are deeply committed to making a positive impact both on and off the field. Our Community Services, Social and Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) initiatives are designed to foster a sense of belonging, promote sustainability, and enhance the well-being of our members and the broader community.
Community Service
Since 2012, the Club has been hosting various events to benefit several welfare organizations and schools. Special activities such as fun days have been organized to provide social and educational opportunities for children from underprivileged backgrounds
Social
Some events and activities have been held in the Club every year for Members and their guests. Local and overseas travel tours, Karaoke and Bridge Competitions, monthly dance parties, and the New Year’s Eve Dinner Dance Party, Evening Night Music, Mid-autumn Festival Party, Children’s Christmas Party etc.
The Social sub-committees devote a great deal of effort and energy to organize these social events and leisure activities for all Members.
ESG
Environmental, social and governance (ESG) is a set of standards for measuring CCC behaviour and impact on society, the environment, and how transparent and accountable the organization is to members as well as to other stakeholders. ESG measures how the organisation integrates environmental, social, and governance practices into operations and services.
